If Yuuri is clumsy, then Victor is a complete fool for it. He's charmed by every attempt made, wanting to encourage each hesitant attempt. Yes, good, keep wanting him, keep asking him for more, Yuuri. He's greedy for it, to teach, to fill the other man up with desire and show him how to express it. Every time they fall back against the cushion or mattress or even the damn shower tiles he's just wanting more.

"I'm very persuasive," Victor coos, giving Yuuri a kiss to the cheek. Compassionately, he'll add, "don't feel an ounce of pressure, I'll do as you please. Just say the word," he's caught on to how well Yuuri reacts to that, so it bared repeating. He's at Yuuri's beck and call, anything the man wants, he'd listen. Usually, Victor was... less than cooperative, but not during intimacy like this. It was important to have a foundation of trust.

Also, he doesn't want to scare Yuuri off, sooooo.... on his best behavior!

More seems to be all he can want most of the time now, too, and he's not used to it being this easy to get it, doesn't know what to do when he doesn't have to fight for it, when it's just given until he could drown.

It's less about Victor saying he's got a choice and more about Victor backing off just a little bit sometimes, when he realizes he's being overwhelming, when he lets Yuuri chase after him just a little bit, less like he's playing hard to get and more like... well, more like Yuuri's being coached into doing something difficult or different.

"I could stay here all day," he feels shivery just having Victor snuggled up between his legs. "But maybe we should get out of bed so that we can get back into it? And I do really want to make sure I have a chance to skate with you," he admits, shyly. And then, less shyly, "But if that doesn't fit into your supervillain plan..." he's not quite bold enough to actually say that, despite what he's saying, Victor fucking him into the mattress again is really only another kiss or two away in terms of which thing he'd prefer.

Victor tries not to laugh too loud, but he does all the same. The call back to their joking over the hero and villain thing is too much, but he's glad they had something to goof on each other over. It was a sort of safety net of fantasy, an easy way to tease the other if they needed an out or to keep things light. He has to joke back, easing off Yuuri.

"No more evil plans for me!" he'll declare, giving one more kiss, but not two, not heated. He's grabbing Yuuri's hands and pulling him from the bed, hoping he'll stand and not be all jelly legged. "You've set me right, I'll have to try and be good." The tone says no promises.

He's a little jelly-legged, but mostly just because they've been in bed so long. It's a nice excuse to plant himself pretty firmly in Victor's arms, though, so he's not complaining about getting tugged up before he was ready.

"I don't know how I'm going to be good," he admits and it's both with a genuine grin and a genuine bit of worry creeping back. "I've only wanted to be on the same ice as you since I was in elementary school. I don't know whether I'm going to be fighting not to hyperventilate or fighting not to tear your clothes off." He can manage to joke about it right now, say something he hopes is cute, but he can feel the tension creeping back into him.

Maybe that's why it's so important to get out of bed and go, get it over with, in some ways, while he's still a little sore from too much sex and distracted

"We warmed up at the Grand Prix together! Though we were in our own heads, it seemed," Yuuri seemed very... cold, from his memory. Distant and focused, not at all like Chris who was so boisterous. They didn't speak before, even in the waiting zones they may have shared brief moments in, Yuuri always turned and averted his gaze or walked away. Victor didn't take it personally, he assumed the man was focusing and didn't want any distraction, friendly or otherwise. It wasn't like now, when the whole world seemed to be revolving around the other person.

He'll pet his hands on Yuuri's sides, making sure he's steady.

"A quick rinse off and we'll get some clothes on," strict this time, no getting distracted, no relaxing in the steam shower or playing with the buttons to show off. Victor is focused, glad the water still worked despite the lack of electricity, though the heat isn't there so nothing quite like an ice cold shower to really stop any funny business and move them along quickly into warmer clothes. He's out and dressed a head of Yuuri, hoping the laundry got done and placed back at his door while they were distracted. No dice, it seemed, when he peaks out his entrance way. The laundry probably stopped when the electricity went out, whenever that actually happened.

"You're wearing more of my clothes, Yuuri!" he'll call back to the room, "whatever is most comfortable to skate in, I have coats and scarves we can bundle up for outside."

"Well, then you've already seen 'fighting not to hyperventilate'," Yuuri says with a little sigh that's a brief reminder of how conflicted the whole skating thing is for him, right now. Always. He's going to have to sort that out, somehow. There's not much time until Nationals. There's never enough time. But he's also determined he's going to get out there with just Victor and him and the ice and enjoy it, even if he's also terrified.

He flushes when he realizes he's going to have to keep wearing Victor's clothes, is going to skate in them. Out in public is one thing, but the ice...

He picks some tighter things, this time, out of whatever Victor offers him by candlelight. It's not a decision in any way motivated by trying to look good or sexy, it's just that whatever he wears is going to be big on him and taking a spill on the ice because his pants were too baggy isn't how he wants any of this to go. He'll have to roll the cuffs up on the pants he finally picks, but they'll be stuffed into his skates so it shouldn't matter, and if the shirt still kind of hangs loose on his neck and the sleeves try to cover his hands, well, he can push them up and it just looks like he's comfortable.

Also, as soon as he takes his scarf off, it's going to be obvious his neck is a ruin, but it's too dark for him to really have a proper assessment of that in the bathroom.

"What are we going to do for skates for me?" he asks it as a real question but he's really glad for the darkness because god what if Victor has his older skates still? What if he literally gets to wear Victor's skates? He keeps his breathing completely level, but only from years of practice not fanboying out.

Did you say not fanboying out? Because that'll be difficult when Victor opens his mouth to answer.

"What size and blade are you comfortable with? I have my old pairs around, this is where I keep some storage," he'll rattle off, casually, his phone's light on to act as their flashlight. A finger taps to his lips, "they should be in with my old costumes. I think I have back from Juniors hanging around here."

Oh god oh god oh god oh god.

Victor's skates. He's going to get to wear Victor's skates. Victor's skates from when he was younger, from when Yuuri was first following him, from when he was probably the biggest fanboy.

He knows that there's at least one size Victor was that he'll fit in, if he still has those, because when his feet stopped growing at that size he'd actually been just like, over the moon for something so stupid as having the same size skates as Victor Nikiforov. At one point.

And now he's going to actually get to wear them. On the ice. With Victor

Okay Yuuri, get ahold of yourself. You have spent the last 24 hours losing your virginity to this same person. He has said he's falling in love with you. You should not be getting this flustered over a pair of skates. Calm down. Hopefully he hasn't noticed. You can do this.

"I... uh... I'm sure they're fine. I think my feet are only a little smaller than yours, so I bet I can find something," okay, that was good, that sounded normal. He even manages only mild surprise when there's a pair that will totally fit him, "Oh! These should work."

Luckily for Yuuri, while he's freaking out, Victor is curiously thumbing through his wardrobe. The closet he kept his storage had several suitcases that looked near full to burst stacked up overhead. There was a row of hanging costumes, which seemed to have the common aspect of being mesh or sheer in some regard, so it made sense to treat them more delicately. Below those, on the floor, are his skates all lined out. He had many different sizes and blades, going up to what he preferred currently. For different routines he had preferred different styles of blades, always surprising with how adaptable he was. He perks up to recognize the pair fondly.

"I remember, I won the Juniors Grand Prix in those," he angles the flashlight toward the rack of clothing and pushes his fingers to separate a few. Between a white costume with feathery shoulders and a black one with stray crystal shards, his costume from his winning free skate that year, blue and silver with petal details. "That's when people really started paying attention,"

"I remember," he says, then realizes that that's... kind of exactly what he was trying not to do, and flushes, "The costume, I mean. I... don't actually remember if that's the first one I ever saw you in or not, but it was close," he points at the next one in the line, even as he's accepting the skates, "That one was always my favorite though."

It's just sort of tumbling out of his mouth, because he's holding Victor's skates now, and he would have thought that he would have had most of the fanboy fucked out of him at this point, but he's apparently very much wrong.

"This one?" He'll reach to the black one and pull the hanger free, inspecting it. His memory is jogged looking at it more directly, all black velvet and mesh, silver crystals with a flash of red on the half skirt. He chuckles a bit, "that's funny, I was just looking at this one. I liked how it insinuated both genders, but I'm too broad and tall now." He looks to Yuuri, before holding it up and eyeing between them.

"You'd probably fit nicely into these old ones, you're about as tall as I was!"

Yuuri is concentrating so hard on his breathing to keep himself from hyperventilating that it might actually be obvious he's doing that at this point. He's definitely gone red, but then, he's usually bright red around Victor so what's unusual?

He shifts his hold on the skates to hold them one handed, so that he can reach out and very quietly fulfill a dream of his and actually touch said costume. The skirt part is the easiest to touch without seeming weird about it, but the way he touches the material gives a really good impression of what he might look like sweeping his hand down his own body while wearing it.

There's so much vying in his head to come out of his mouth-- how beautiful it is, how he's actually exactly 3.2cm taller than Victor was when he wore this, but that it's in his legs so he probably would fit in the costume, how much he wants to try it on and how completely unworthy he feels to do it. Skating is such a mess for him right now and emotions just kind of flicker across his face, one after the other. But he doesn't look like he's about to cry, at least.

"Before you go, maybe!" Victor will offer, cheery as ever, before hanging the costume back up. The costumes wouldn't be going anywhere and he couldn't very well admire Yuuri trying them on in the dark condo space.

"When we have lights again. If you want to play dress up, I want to be able to see," that's more teasing, but there's that sexual edge without being explicit. Yuuri trying on his old wardrobe wouldn't just be a pleasure for Yuuri, a fanboy dream in all regards, but also very enjoyable for Victor. He didn't see much sexy about those old costumes on himself, but on a man he very much enjoyed having sex with? Yes. Please. He'll let Yuuri raid his whole back catalog of skating wear if he got to play the voyeur.

"I... maybe?" he wants to say yes to that both loudly and repeatedly, but... "Would that be weird, though? I mean, seeing your costumes on someone else?" he's not even sure if that makes sense, it's just words coming out of his mouth while he keeps himself from passing out, one breath at a time, holding Victor's old skates in his hands almost reverently.

He'll move back out into the other room to put the skates into a borrowed bag as they keep gathering things, but he's almost loathe to set them down, let them out of his sight, like they might vanish the same way he was originally worried Victor would. His nerves are already jangling and they haven't even left the house yet. That's probably the thing that's the most clear, moreso than him fanboying out. He's starting to act a lot more like he did when he first woke up here and a lot less like the man Victor's had screaming into the pillows over the past 24 hours.

"You seem excited by the idea, that's contagious," Victor is grabbing an umbrella and getting them some warm coats for the weather. He's got a bag with his own skates and a water bottle, throwing it over a shoulder as they head out. Makkachin was napping contentedly so Victor closes him in without fear He'll be upset, seeing as the thunder seemed to have passed.

"I want to keep seeing you that excited,"

Yuuri flushes to that, can't help but laugh a little, nervously,

"Ah... was it that obvious?" he fidgets, tries to remind himself that Victor is, despite how little the words really make sense to him, his boyfriend and that that's probably at least a little normal and not him just being a gross fanboy about it. And then there's that tone and it's only because they're heading out the door and not at all touching that he's able to keep moving and not just pull Victor down onto the first available surface. As it is, he throws a grin his way, instead, still reasonably comfortable even though his more normal self is pulling to the surface the closer they get to having to deal with the Outside World.

"It's hard not to be around you. You seem to know all of the right buttons to push to get me that way." It is definitely not a complaint.

"Good!"

Too bad, Victor is taking that as a compliment, despite Yuuri's teasing tone. He'll loop his arm with Yuuri's as they're going to the front entrance to head out into the rain. It's much lighter, just enough that popping open the umbrella is justified. He'll hold Yuuri close so they both fit under it directing them toward the rink.

"There's a lot to learn about you, I'm very curious what your buttons do." A gentle poke of his index into Yuuri's palm, before he slides his fingers between to hold his hand. They look like a real couple like this, cozy and openly affectionate.

He's holding hands with Victor in public. Victor is holding hands with him in public. His heart feels fluttery and delicate in his chest and he finds that he's blushing, averting his eyes from going anywhere where they might meet someone else's. He's not embarrassed, though maybe it might read that way a little bit, he's just so happy that he feels like he might faint from it. Victor kept acting like all of this kind of thing was no big deal, but no one's ever held his hand in public before and it's Victor and this is Victor's neighborhood, his hometown, the people he passes every day, seeing them like this. The man's a national hero. Nearly everyone in the country knows who he is, and he's towing Yuuri around with linked arms and fingers entwined under the same umbrella and...

He's glad for the cold-- it makes the shivering less obvious. And he doesn't really want Victor to pick up on it, to think it's something bad, because it isn't. It so isn't. It's something too good, jangling around in his chest.

"I think you've already seen what most of them do..." it's not really supposed to be innuendo, but it comes out a little that way.

"I'm learning! Most make you blush, some make you melt in my arms," he laughs, continuing along without any hesitation. There's not many people out, the rain kept plenty inside, but a few pass them. Victor doesn't seem to be paying any attention to that, all focus on Yuuri.

"At least one turns you into a real beast," a rub of his tangled up fingers against Yuuri's, even though they both put on gloves.

Yuuri flushes at that,

"Victoo~oor..." it's a cute little protest, though, exactly the kind of thing a boyfriend would say and Victor can feel the little shudder up through his arm at the rubbing of his fingers, can tell the flush on his face isn't just embarrassment. He tries to rally though,

"I think that second one is my favorite," it's said almost shyly, but hey, he's getting better about talking already, "But... uh... I definitely don't mind the others."

There's a tug on Yuuri's arm, pulling him in close as ever to bump hips. Victor's grin goes that playful heart shape as he laughs along with Yuuri's squealed protest. He'll stop them at a red light, cars puttering along in front of them on the street as they waited to cross. The Russian skater takes the moment to lean down and kiss Yuuri's forehead, lips buried in black hair a moment. It's an affectionate looking scene, unmistakably.

"You press my buttons without even meaning to, I think! A true natural, my Yuuri,"

"I want to learn how to do it on purpose," it's another point in time where he's spoken without thinking, flushes, but he's learned already how to not take it back, with Victor, something that he hasn't learned with other people in years and years.

Instead, he smiles a warm little smile just for him and they probably almost miss the light.

"The tailbone is a good start!" he'll laugh, unapologetic as ever. He can't seem to go three minutes without mentioning something that could get Yuuri hot and bothered. The best they can do to jump on each other now is kiss while the light turns green. Victor can't help himself, not with that smile on Yuuri's face. The kiss lingers and the cross walk ticks down time until they have missed it. Victor only pulls away because of a noise across the street, a few yelps and high pitched coos from women. He'll look up and the opposite corner from them was excited seeming group of a few young ladies, all too eagerly snapping photos with their phones. Plenty of skating fans would still be around town even after the Grand Prix. Ever the welcoming personality, Victor flashes a smile that makes them collectively swoon.

As they crossed with their own light, there's a gentle huff of a sigh, not actually bothered just a little wistful.

"Can't go anywhere without drawing attention," a light tsk after, spying down to Yuuri, "Don't mind being seen with me like that, I hope," because pictures. Pictures are definitely going online as they speak. It's what young fans do in this day and age. Victor knows, he's guilty of it himself.

Yuuri is bright red at the end of that, scrunching down into his coat, and pulling up the neckline, like maybe he could undo that but it sends him kind of burrowing into Victor rather than pulling away.

"I... no... no it's not that it's just uh... I mean, there's a lot of people who don't even know I'm here and..." he fumbles around for words, "I don't know how I feel about that being the way they find out. But I... I like..." he flushes deeper, scrunches down more in his coat, can't quite finish.

But of course there's a part of him that wants to get caught kissing Victor Nikiforov. There's a part of him that wants it all over the internet. He's here. Victor is, improbably, possibly temporarily, but still undeniably his. There's nothing at all about that that he wants to hide.
