He's still trying to figure out how to touch back, fingers tracing patterns occasionally now, but he's way more nervous about that part, somehow, than being touched, so he still stays primarily more responsive than active, at least in terms of touch-- though every time Viktor lands a kiss on Yuuri's mouth, Yuuri's the one to deepen it, almost reflexively. It's a good sign of what he'll probably be like the more comfortable he gets.

In the meantime, he's gloriously responsive, head falling back immediately to bare more of his neck on a low moan when Viktor starts kissing along it. The teeth to his ear gets a little gasp and a moment of tension, but if Viktor slides them down to his neck, instead, he can almost certainly find a combination of teeth and tongue and skin that sets Yuuri into a writhe, hips pushing down without him meaning for them too, grinding down just a little on Viktor's leg.
