"Ballet, mostly," the flexibility thing flies right over his head. It's not that he doesn't have a sex drive or hasn't thought about sex before, but it's never really been a focus for him. Mostly he kind of ignores his body if he's not paying attention to it for skating reasons in some fashion.

It definitely hasn't come together in his head that they would be doing yoga naked.

"I know a few things that come from yoga, but I've never just done yoga on it's own. If it's not much different I should be okay, I guess..." he screws his courage up and manages a laugh that doesn't sound particularly forced, thankfully, "Uh... you're not allowed to laugh at me though. I might die."
