It's weird to have Victor so silent, but he's not sure whether or not he likes it, so he doesn't tell him to stop just yet. He does kiss back down until he finds a place where his mouth causes a larger reaction to almost delicately suck a tiny hickey into Victor's neck. It's all he has the nerve for, a tiny little mark that probably could be easily hidden, before he sits back a little, hands sliding down his chest.
