This should be serious, shouldn't it? It's the first time he's ever done anything like this and based on Minami's reactions he'd be surprised if it wasn't the first time for him, too. That's supposed to be something monumental, isn't it? That's always how it's seemed to him-- something special, something you "save".
Well, he's never going to get to do anything like this with the only person he might (stupidly, foolishly) be saving this for, so what does it matter? It's a bitter thought, but the moment itself is anything but bitter. There's a part of him that needs this, something he'll barely recognize even in the future looking back on this, but which he feels, unexamined, in the moment.
He chokes just a little, a bit too enthusiastic, but he's a quick learner, figures out how to wrap a hand around the part of Minami that doesn't fit in his mouth, to stop him if he pushes a little too hard, and then he just kind of... weirdly relaxes into it. The decision about doing this is made, he's figured out a way to do it, Minami is clearly enjoying himself. Everything else just seems... curiously secondary. He makes a little noise, more felt than heard, to Minami's exclamation, the sound of him clapping a hand over his mouth. It's somewhere between a moan and a laugh and he might be doing all of this more because he's a little bit crazy at the moment than because he really feels anything in particular for Minami, but the sound is impossible to mistake for anything other than fond.
