Yuuri flushes at being called sexy, but he had looked good in that other outfit. He doesn't do anything to stop or discourage Viktor from touching him while he undresses him, either-- in fact, the flush and the soft look on his face is probably doing the opposite. It's not a look that would be sexual on most people, but his expression is relaxed.
